CAREER SUMMARY
Experienced in teaching Arab students in the Cross Cultural Environment of United Arab Emirates (UAE) since 2001. I have taught a wide range of subjects in Business such as Strategic Management, Principles of Management, Human Resource Management (HRM), Operations Research, Operations Management, Organizational Behavior, International Business and Business Statistics to both Undergraduate (BBA&HND) and MBA courses. During the past 16 years of my teaching career which includes both American and Indian education Systems, I have always been rated as an outstanding teacher by my students. I am a Civil Engineering Graduate (B.Tech), with an MBA and Ph.D in Human Resource Development (HRD). I have 2 years of Industrial experience and worked as Manager (HRD) in Ramky Group (a leading Civil Engineering, Turnkey Projects and Pollution Control Company in Hyderabad city) in India. While working in Industry, I always taught several Business Courses as well, in the Evening College for the Executive MBA Program of Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
After being awarded with doctoral degree (Ph.D) in Management from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India in January, 2003, I joined as a Faculty in the Department of International Business, Skyline College, Sharjah, UAE. Prior to this responsibility, I worked as a Senior Business Faculty in Emirates College for Management and Information Technology (ECMIT), Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). I also worked in Industry for two years as Manager (HRD) for a leading Civil Engineering, Turnkey Projects and Pollution Control Company in Hyderabad, India.
